Meet Our Management Team
Simon Bull joined Clarity in 2021 taking over the role of Managing Director from founder and company owner Stuart Graham. Simon is the former Director of Sales at Martin Audio and comes to Clarity after a lifetime in the pro-AV market.
Stuart has a BSc (Commendation) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He accumulated over 30 years experience with three major players in the audio-visual (AV) industry before founding Clarity in 2002. He has designed sound, lighting and AV systems nationally and internationally, including a number of projects in the Middle East.
Technical Sales Manager
As Projects Manager Daniel works closely with our engineering team and clients, carrying out site visits and overseeing installations. He has been with the company since 2010 and has a degree in Music Production.
Clarity were pleased to welcome Richard to the team in 2018. As Events Production Supervisor for Colchester Institute he had previously planned and managed numerous events across their arts venues, as well as providing technical support in live sound engineering and equipment maintenance. With his vast experience of networked and standalone systems he brings considerable knowledge of programming to our engineering team.
Yvette joined the company in 2015 to manage the administration, accounts and marketing departments. Previous work includes many years working as a Broadcast Journalist at the BBC, teaching English in China and managing a busy commercial office.
Sam joined Clarity in 2017 bringing his considerable experience of live events to the company. Having studied Music Technology at College he has worked at music festivals, recording studios and corporate events setting up equipment, sound-checking and running the sound and lighting as well as repairs and maintenance.
Graham has a degree in electronics and over 20 years of senior management experience in sales and marketing for a number of large integrated circuit multi-nationals. Since 2014 he has been performing a strategy and governance role for Clarity.
Lesley has been company secretary since the company’s inauguration and has held accounts and management roles over the years. Her previous experience includes senior roles managing large teams of staff in Social Services.
