Meet Our Team

Simon Bull
Managing Director
Simon Bull joined Clarity in 2021 taking over the role of Managing Director from founder and company owner Stuart Graham. Simon is the former Director of Sales at Martin Audio and comes to Clarity after a lifetime in the pro-AV market.

Stuart Graham
Sales Director
Stuart has a BSc (Commendation) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He accumulated over 30 years experience with three major players in the audio-visual (AV) industry before founding Clarity in 2002. He has designed sound, lighting and AV systems nationally and internationally, including a number of projects in the Middle East.

Yvette Faris
Office Manager
Yvette joined the company in 2015 to manage the administration, accounts and marketing departments. Previous work includes many years working as a Broadcast Journalist at the BBC, teaching English in China and managing a busy gardening company.

Sam Cawdron
Engineer
Sam joined Clarity in 2017 bringing his considerable experience of live events to the company. Having studied Music Technology at College he has worked at music festivals, recording studios and corporate events setting up equipment, sound-checking and running the sound and lighting as well as repairs and maintenance.

Terry Waker
Engineer
Clarity welcomed Terry on board in 2021. He has a degree in Sound Technology and has previously worked in IT, has designed and constructed mastering studios, is expert in specialist audio software and hardware, as well as experience with live sound and music studios.
