St Luke's Primary School

Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey

St Luke’s Primary School required a new sound system for their school hall that needed to offer flexibility of use.  Clarity provided a portable trolley with a lift-up adjustable top mixer shelf, designed as a simple to operate, high quality sound system to suit all manner of events and all users.

Reusing the school’s existing hanging and radio microphones, a Yamaha amplifier was installed in the trolley and a connection panel with various inputs.  The existing connection point was retained with a second one added at the rear of the hall to enable the system to be used from either point, depending on the event.  To complete the make-over, four high quality Yamaha loudspeakers were wall mounted at high level around the hall and fitted with a secondary safety wire.

Now, whether it’s a weekly assembly or a special end of term theatrical production, with the use of the sound system everyone sitting in the hall can clearly hear what’s happening.
